Benita is a skilled commercial lawyer with a strong focus on contractual disputes, construction law, and commercial arbitration, involving both domestic and international transactions. With experience including acquisitions, share sales, joint ventures, corporate governance, and regulatory proceedings, she brings both legal depth and commercial insight to every matter. Before entering law, Benita built a successful career in account management, technical sales, and business operations, particularly within the architecture and construction sectors. Her background gives her a uniquely pragmatic and well-rounded approach to legal practice.

Benita holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Government & International Relations, and we’re excited to have her insight, energy, and commercial acumen on board.
