Muscat Tanzer is committed supporting the next generation of students by facilitating internships which offer hands-on experience and constructive mentoring, both of which are of utmost importance when starting out in the legal industry. We ensure that our internships are tailored to specific interests and complement academic studies, preparing students for a successful legal career.
Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers on a variety of projects, gaining valuable insights into the day-to-day practice of lawyers.

Muscat Tanzer is proud to support the next generation of lawyers with our 12-month graduate program. Our graduate program intake is limited to ensure that each participant receives individualised attention and mentoring from our team. The program is designed to provide our graduates with the tools and resources they need to succeed, including ongoing training, mentorship and exposure to a variety of legal matters.
In addition to our graduate program, we also offer Practical Legal Training (PLT) placements for students seeking these prior to their admission. Our PLT placements provide invaluable opportunities to work alongside seasoned solicitors, engage with clients in a variety of matters and to develop and refine legal skills under the guidance industry experts.

We are looking for an Associate and Senior Associate level lawyer (2-6y PAE) with demonstrated front-end drafting experience in construction, procurement or commercial matters (ideally all three). All of our lawyers are encouraged to work on both front-end drafting matters and back-end dispute matters, and this role is intended to be primarily front-end, with a split of approximately 70% front-end work and 30% back-end work.
The successful candidates will manage matters autonomously under the supervision of our Principals and Senior Associates, and supported by our Associates, Lawyers, Graduates and Clerks. We expect our Associates and Senior Associates to proactively support and develop our Lawyers, Graduates and Clerks and to work collaboratively with our other Associates, our Senior Associates and our Principals where necessary for the task or matter.
