Joel delivers strategic, commercially focused legal counsel to businesses at all stages from startups and scale-ups to established corporate groups. With over 25 years of broad experience, he has a strong track record across corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, finance and capital structuring, and financial services regulation. Joel also brings extensive experience in international and cross-border transactions having worked in London, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
