With over five and a half years’ experience advising on planning and environment law, Mitch has worked extensively within the Victorian and Queensland planning systems. Growing up in regional Victoria, he began his career within Melbourne’s planning space before relocating to Queensland to further develop his expertise. Mitch has exclusively practiced in planning and environment law, alongside managing compulsory acquisition matters. He acts for both private and government clients on a range of high-profile, complex matters involving expert evidence and competing interests, bringing a strong commercial understanding to each transaction across multiple jurisdictions.
Mitch has worked under pre-eminent and leading partners at firms recognised in Doyle’s Guide for planning and environment law, gaining valuable exposure to complex statutory and strategic planning matters. He advises a diverse client base on development applications, planning scheme amendments, enforcement proceedings, and infrastructure projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws, combining legal expertise with commercial acumen.
