Claudia is a Senior Associate with extensive front-end experience acting for government and private infrastructure clients, including specialised experience in significant infrastructure and transport projects, including Public-Private Partnerships. Claudia has experience in advisory work including the negotiation and drafting of contracts, preparation of transaction documents and bid evaluation. Claudia has assisted with the preparation of precedent contracts and user guides for works, services, goods and consultancy agreements for numerous local government clients and mining clients. She has also prepared suites of procurement and contract documents for major government infrastructure projects.
Claudia has given complex advice relating to the delivery of major projects and upgrades to the rail network in Queensland, including in relation to interfaces and safety issues. She has also advised various clients on the management of the procurement process, including in relation to probity.
