Craig Tanzer Craig has over 10 years’ experience acting for government and private clients in the procurement, structuring, administration and delivery of construction projects of all sizes, and in managing construction disputes through adjudication, arbitration, expert determination, mediation and litigation. Craig has advised clients in relation to the delivery of some of Queensland’s most innovative infrastructure projects, and has managed construction and other litigation matters through all Courts in Queensland from OCAT to the Court of Appeal.
Craig is a registered adjudicator, and has a wealth of experience acting for principals, head contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants in adjudication matters including providing advice in relation to the content of payment claims and schedules, preparation of adjudication applications and responses, enforcing adjudicator’s decision and litigation in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal for judicial review of adjudicators decisions. Craig has also lectured extensively on the topic of security of payment in Queensland and throughout Australia.
