About

Kayla has recently been admitted as a Lawyer and has over 2 years’ experience assisting both private and government clients. Kayla is particularly experienced in and passionate about back-end work, having assisted private and government clients in numerous construction related disputes. This has included Supreme Court litigations across multiple jurisdictions, adjudications across multiple jurisdictions and administrative law matters within the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Kayla also has experience assisting the team in a range of front-end work including reviewing and amending contracts, including Australian Standards, assisting in departure negotiations, and assisting in numerous procurement processes for government clients.
