About

India has 5 years’ experience in private practice, with a background in environment and planning law. Since her admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2022, India has provided strategic advice to multinational companies on a broad array of legal issues and is adept at achieving clients’ commercial objectives whilst minimising risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. India has also worked with both government and private clients in complex disputes relating to renewable energy, waste, mining and property developments. India specialises in the front-end management of construction projects, with extensive experience negotiating and drafting bespoke contract suites for large-scale projects and preparing procurement documentation for local governments.
